Our educators bring a variety of educational backgrounds, professional experiences, and knowledge of early childhood development to Connections. Some hold degrees in education or related fields, while others bring valuable hands-on experience or are working toward additional credentials in early childhood education.

Our staff is committed to continuous learning and professional growth through ongoing professional development opportunities that strengthen their knowledge, teaching practices, and ability to support each child's unique needs.

In accordance with Virginia licensing standards, staff members meet applicable safety and training requirements, including background checks, fingerprinting, and current First Aid and CPR certifications.
